Congratulations on your incredibly good taste and your decision to purchase Redfeather Snowshoes! On behalf of the entire Redfeather gang, we wish you many happy hours, days, months and miles of phenomenal Redfeather snowshoeing.

Our Warranty

Redfeather guarantees that our snowshoes are free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your snowshoes.

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable, and is only applicable to new, unused Redfeather Snowshoes. Please keep a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice as proof of your original purchase, in the unlikely event that warranty service is needed. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse. Any alteration of the snowshoe or unauthorized repair of the snowshoe by the customer or customer's representative renders this Warranty null and void.

Any suspected defective snowshoe should be returned to Redfeather Snowshoes, not to the retailer.

Prior to returning the snowshoes, the customer must call Redfeather's Warranty Department at 1-800-525-0081 for a Return Authorization Number. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Redfeather Snowshoes. Redfeather reserves the right to inspect any snowshoe returned under this warranty to determine if the Redfeather Warranty applies. If the warranty is deemed to apply, Redfeather will repair or replace the customer's snowshoes at our discretion, and ship the snowshoes back to the customer at our expense. If the exact product or part replacement is unavailable, we will replace the original item with an item of comparable performance value. If the warranty does not apply, Redfeather can repair the customer's snowshoes for a nominal fee, plus shipping costs, with the customer's consent to repair.

What Is Covered Under The Warranty

  • Broken rivets due to a manufacturing defect
  • Broken or cracked buckles due to a manufacturing defect
  • Broken binding our strap due to a manufacturing defect
  • Broken frame due to a manufacturing defect
  • Broken crampon system due to a manufacturing defect
  • Broken hinge due to a manufacturing defect

What Is Not Covered Under The Warranty

  • Any damage as a result of customer misuse, abuse, or neglect, such as broken or bent frame
  • Cosmetic issues including abrasion, scratches, oxidation and fading
  • Torn or ripped decking
  • Normal wear and tear on any part or parts of the snowshoe, including decking, frame, crampons, etc.
  • Damage caused by or resulting from any modification of the snowshoes by the customer or the customer's representative
  • Rental snowshoes

The customer is responsible for shipping suspected defective snowshoe(s) directly to:
Redfeather Snowshoes, 2424 Commerce Street, La Crosse, WI., 54603
along with the original sales receipt, a written explanation of the suspected defect, and include the customer's name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state or province, postal code, and the Return Authorization Number.

To activate your Redfeather Warranty, you must complete the following form or return the printed Warranty Card within 30 days of purchase for the warranty to be effective.
