We start with a UV-blocking gel coat to shield the hull from sun damage, then dry-lay premium fabrics into the mold with precision. Full atmospheric vacuum pressure is applied, infusing the hull with high-performance vinylester resin.
This results in an ideal fiber-to-resin ratio—the foundation of a lighter, stronger, longer-lasting canoe. In composites, strength comes from the fabric, not the resin—and our i2 process ensures the balance is just right.
