The Aluminum front and rear crampons give stability while the rip stop vinyl helps shed snow and ice. The powder coated 6000 series aircraft aluminum frame provides superior strength and durability. I purchased the Men’s Hike 9x30 snowshoes and I am very happy with the performance of them. The SV2 binding is very easy to get in and out of even wear gloves. The heal strap works great with the buckle. Aluminum crampons under the toe and heal provide excellent traction and stability. I would recommend this snowshoe model to anyone looking for starting out in snowshoeing or looking for another pair to add to their collection.
