WARRANTY

Congratulations on your incredibly good taste and your decision to purchase from Redfeather Outdoors!  Being our products are made from the highest quality materials, it's unlikely you will need this warranty, but if you do, know we will make it right.

Our Warranty

Redfeather guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of purchase.

Please keep a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice as proof of your original purchase, in the unlikely event that warranty service is needed. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse. Any alteration of the product or unauthorized repair of the product by the customer or customer’s representative renders this limited warranty null and void.

Any suspect defective products should be returned to Redfeather Outdoors, not to the retailer.

Prior to returning any item, you must call Redfeather’s Warranty Department at 1-800-525-0081 for a Return Authorization Number. Redfeather Outdoors products are only returnable as new and/or unworn in the original box and packaging. Redfeather reserves the right to inspect any product returned under this warranty to determine if the Redfeather warranty applies.

If the warranty is deemed to apply, Redfeather will repair or replace your product at our discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping suspect defective snowshoe(s) directly to Redfeather Outdoors, 2700 Commerce Street, La Crosse, WI, 54603, along with original sales receipt, and written explanation of suspect defect.  Please include customer’s name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state or province and postal code.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@redfeather.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Redfeather Returns 2700 Commerce Street, La Crosse, Wisconsin 54603 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
