Warranty
Redfeather Outdoors products are built with premium materials and craftsmanship. While issues are rare, our warranty ensures you're covered if something isn’t right.
Redfeather guarantees our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Please keep your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
If you believe your product is defective, return it directly to Redfeather Outdoors (not the retailer).
Before returning any item, call our Warranty Department at 1-800-525-0081 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Send the item with:
• Original sales receipt
• Written explanation of the issue
• Your name and shipping address (no P.O. boxes)

If the warranty applies, Redfeather will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Redfeather.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
