While disappointed in the original bindings breaking at the rubberized plastic while out in the woods. The replacements have a greatly improved binding release mechanism. Would like to see a discount for replacement bindings for broken original Redfeather snow shoes.
Bought my Alpha years ago. I was quite surprised that the plastic binding strap disintegrated. But then again theyare old. Nothing wrong with the frame or deck. Ordered a replacement binding set and they were a snap to install.
These replacement binders were easy to attach and use! I actually like them much better than the original 25 year old system that were on my Redfeathers. They adjust to three different sized snowshoes. For a few dollars more, they’re great! Also, they were shipped the same day I ordered them. Excellent customer service and product!
