OK. Heel binding and customer service are slippery.

I got these at the beginning of the 2025. 2 trips, 55-60 miles of use, the heel strap was pretty much worn. Icy conditions didn't make it an easier to reapply them. I lost my snowshoe on a incline. Funny now, not then.

I like the weight and traction is decent.

I've written Red Feather 2x in the same email thread. Nada. No response.

Unless you can replace the bindings with snowboarding bindings or something solid. Try another brand. I'm working on a fix because $200 down the drain isn't how I play.
