Got a used pair of 36"s from my local outdoor shop. I backpacked up the Y Mountain in Provo with 20-30lbs of gear (base weight 180lbs) and was delighted with how easy the travel was. This was my first snowshoe experience, and I love it!

Men’s Hike Review

I purchased the Men’s Hike 9x30 snowshoes and I am very happy with the performance of them. The SV2 binding is very easy to get in and out of even wear gloves. The heal strap works great with the buckle. Aluminum crampons under the toe and heal provide excellent traction and stability. I would recommend this snowshoe model to anyone looking for starting out in snowshoeing or looking for another pair to add to their collection.
